COVENANT WEALTH #6 THE WINNING ATTITUDES
Shabbat Shalom Dearly Beloved: When we are determined to walk in the Covenant of Wealth, there will be some factors that will determine our success. These factors are not the adverse circumstances or the oppositions of others, neither is it the devil. The factors that will determine all success in our lives are our own attitudes! Our Attitude determines our Altitude! It was the praise and thanksgiving attitude that brought King David from the Caves of Ein Gedy to the Palace in Jerusalem! It was the same excellent attitude that brought Yoseph from the pit to the Palace of Pharaoh in one day and that shut the lion’s mouth when Daniel was in the lion’s den! The excellent attitude of Ruth elevated her from a poor widow and an accursed Moabite to the position of the Queen of Bethlehem as she married Boaz. The only ones that will for sure succeed in the business arena are those who maintain a great attitude at all times! In order to do that we must spend time in the Presence of Yah every day; we must meditate in His Covenant Promises every day and apply them to our lives. Negative people kill every business opportunity and then they blame others for their lack of success! The Word of God says that Yahveh gives an opportunity to every human being to succeed! It does not depend on our background, education or skin color. We can all succeed if we have the right attitude!
The Almighty gives us all the opportunity to succeed ! If we have the right attitudes of Faith, Hope and Love we will grab the opportunity and apply ourselves to it with all of our might! Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going. Ecclesiastes 9:10 When we believe that God has opened for us a business and/or investments opportunities, we need to be committed to do it with all of our hearts. In general in life, be it marriage, friendship, business or ministry “playing it safe” does not work. If we want to succeed at anything we must put our heart and strength into it and take the risk to give of ourselves! It is only this Faith, Hope and Love Attitude that will bring us to the finishing line! What if we make a mistake and it is the wrong business or the wrong investment? It is preferable to “fail magnificently” and then try again than to stay mediocre with a negative attitude all of your life! The Word says that we don’t really know what will succeed of all the things that we attempt to do. So it’s alright to make mistakes and to keep on trying and sowing! Some people feel guilty because they have tried many things and they don’t seem to succeed. My suggestion to you is to keep on praying and to keep on trying and all of a sudden, something will prosper. Meanwhile you would have developed some invaluable qualities of perseverance, diligence, faith, trust, hope and optimism and your character will be richer than gold! Don’t ever give up or quit! Keep on praying and keep on trying as long as you live! Most people with success stories have had to overcome many adverse circumstances but those who maintained the right attitude eventually succeeded! When they did they had developed a great character. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 Elohim will always reward those who have been faithful to seek Him diligently and with perseverance throughout the years. Remember Caleb who kept on seeking Yahveh in the desert for 40 years and saw all of his peers die. For 40 years he had to wait to finally go into the Promise Land. When he arrived you would have thought that he was going to get the Land on a silver platter! No way! He asked Yahveh to give him the Mountain of Hebron where the giants dwelt. He said that he was strong enough to take it at the age of 85! As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in. Now therefore, give me this mountain of which the LORD spoke in that day; for you heard in that day how the Anakim were there, and that the cities were great and fortified. It may be that the LORD will be with me, and I shall be able to drive them out as the LORD said.” Joshua 14:11,12 “It may be that the LORD will be with me, and I shall be able to drive them out as the LORD said.” Joshua 14:12 He was willing to give it a try! Listen, Caleb had not experienced a financial breakthrough in 40 years! He had not seen ANY of His promises fulfilled! He just followed Yahveh and Moses “blindly”. He suffered because of the sin of unbelief of others and he could have had a real bitter and negative attitude; but not Caleb! He wanted his inheritance and he was willing to risk his neck to get it! He had no ambivalence and did not pursue half heartedly; he literally went for it and HOPED that Yahveh would be with him! When you see an opportunity of breakthrough in front of you, pray and then go for it with all of your heart! Have a Caleb spirit of Faith and Hope! Look what Napoleon Hill says in his book “Think and Grow Rich”: "The moment you commit and quit holding back, all sorts of unforeseen incidents, meetings and material assistance will rise up to help you. The simple act of commitment is a powerful magnet for help." --- Napoleon Hill The reason why most people amount to nothing financially is because they are not committed!
God blesses those of a “Caleb Spirit”. In fact I prefer someone with a daring spirit that makes mistakes than someone so overly cautious that does not dare to attempt anything out of the ordinary! The Word of God is full of examples of people with a daring spirit and they were all Israelites! When we talk about returning to the Jewish Roots of the Faith it includes the Caleb Spirit and the excellent attitude of Daniel, Yoseph and Ruth. It is time to get rid of all mediocrity and especially of the excuses that keep us having a negative attitude that impedes all advancing! I join with Nehemiah, the enterpriser who rebuilt the Walls of Jerusalem in the face of all opposition, with 85 year old Caleb, the giant killer, with faithful and loving Ruth, with patient Yoseph and courageous Daniel. All of those are my Israeli inheritance and their attitude is my example of faith. If they could rise to prominence and wealth so can I, and so can you if you display the same attitudes! So I answered them, and said to them, “The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no heritage or right or memorial in Jerusalem.” Nehemiah 2:20 PS: If you have a Caleb like spirit go to www.kcwealth.com and see the amazing business opportunity that has come our way to bless us, our partners and the ministry.
