GET RID OF THE FEARS THAT STOP YOU!

Shabbat Shalom Dearly Beloved!

He who observes the wind [and waits for all conditions to be favorable] will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap. Ecclesiastes 11:4 Amplified

Throughout my years I have been attracted to a quote that says:
“Live your life as an exclamation not as an explanation!” in the picture accompanying the quote someone is parachuting with outstretched arms and full of confidence out of a hot air balloon into the air.

The hot air balloon is likened unto the “safe mode."  Hot air balloons are nice and you can enjoy a nice view but they drift and you can’t direct them.  They also travel very slowly and they have no aim.  It is time for all of us to get out of safe mode, out of our own religious “hot air balloons” that keep us going safe and doing nothing of importance!

Though we may look very busy if we are not advancing in a clear direction we are really drifting!

The safe mode is the typical mode of fearful people!  Fear will paralyze all initiative and advancement both in the ministry and in the business arena!  In order to succeed and to advance we must change and literally “parachute out of our own hot air balloon."  How do you know that you are inside of one?  Very simple:  If you are stuck in the same condition be it in finances, your marriage, your ministry, your job or career and you keep complaining about the same old things that never change, then you are stuck inside of a "hot air balloon" of your own making and it is time to jump out of it!  Doing more of the same will not help; you must change and do something different!  The only thing that can stop you is FEAR.

"Don't be afraid, I've redeemed you.  I've called your name. You're mine.  When you're in over your head, I'll be there with you.  When you're in rough waters, you will not go down.  When you're between a rock and a hard place, it won't be a dead end—because I am God, your personal God,  The Holy of Israel, your Savior."  Isaiah 43:2, 3 The Message

We are commanded in so many places in Scripture not to fear.  We, the covenant people, are called to be courageous, advance and possess in every arena, and especially in the financial arena.  We are to pursue our “promised land” relentlessly!
Haven't I commanded you?  Strength!  Courage!  Don't be timid; don't get discouraged.  God, your God, is with you every step you take."  Joshua 1:9 The Message

Most people are stuck because of the “Fear Factor” and though Fear manifests in various ways ultimately most people have the Fear of Failure.

This is very important:  Failure is not when things did not turn out the way you wanted them to be! Failure is when you quit trying, risking, and attempting to succeed.  Only quitters are failures!  That applies to ministry as it applies to business!  Thomas Edison, who invented the light bulb, tried 10,000 times until he finally succeeded!  When someone asked, “How does it feel to have failed 9,999 times," he answered confidently, “I did not fail 9,999, I just found how not to do it 9,999 times!”  My friends, only quitters are failures.  Those that persevere unto the end are crowned with success!!! Persistent faith is a must if you are to succeed in any area of life!

Yeshua told them a story showing that it was necessary for them to pray consistently and never quit.  He said, "There was once a judge in some city who never gave God a thought and cared nothing for people. A widow in that city kept after him: 'My rights are being violated. Protect me!'  4-5  He never gave her the time of day. But after this went on and on he said to himself, 'I care nothing what God thinks, even less what people think. But because this widow won't quit badgering me, I'd better do something and see that she gets justice—otherwise I'm going to end up beaten black-and-blue by her pounding.'"  6-8 Then the Master said, "Do you hear what that judge, corrupt as he is, is saying? So what makes you think God won't step in and work justice for his chosen people, who continue to cry out for help? Won't he stick up for them? I assure you, He will. He will not drag his feet.  But how much of that kind of persistent faith will the Son of Man find on the earth when he returns?" Luke 18: 1-8 The Message
Yeshua is looking for people of persistent faith!
The following are the most common fears:

When it comes to finances, most people are functioning in the “safe mode” because of fear of the unknown since most people are totally ignorant about finances!  This is just a simple fact due to lack of education in the financial arena.  For most believers the subject of finances is not regarded as “spiritual enough” to study so they stay ignorant and keep complaining about financial lack!  Yet, Y’shua spoke on finances more than on any other subject and so does the book of Proverbs.  The Bible devotes a lot of scriptures to finances so how can this be “unspiritual?"  We are warned against the love of mammon, but not against wealth; wealth is a vehicle in our hands to establish God’s covenant on the earth!
"But you shall [earnestly] remember the Lord your God, for it is He Who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day." Deuteronomy 8:18
The Fear Factor is what will cause you to stop all financial initiative!

Here is a fresh example from my own recent experience:
Since I have happily and gratefully entered into the arena of network marketing only one month ago, I have had the most positive experiences and reactions, but I have heard that some people encounter some bizarre reactions!  I can see that some people are afraid of this business because they have heard all kinds of things and have not bothered to inquire!  Others have had some bad experiences in the past with some pyramid scams therefore, they have completely closed their minds to the possibility that network marketing is actually the most Godly, just, and fair system of marketing that I have ever encountered!

I have even had someone asking me the typical “religious question:" “Are they Christians?” Of course the question is asked in a tone of suspicion, warning and fear!  It is so amusing!  When you go to shop in your local super market or boutique do you inquire if the owners are “Christian” before you shop there?  When you fill gasoline in your local gas station, do you know if the owners and workers are Christians?  When you apply for a job, do you only apply among Christians, or are you open to work for a “non-Christian” firm?  Well, it is the same with network marketing; whether it is Christian/Messianic or not, there is a certain system by which it works.  In fact, we are all network marketers in one way or another!

Let me give you an example to dispel your fears:
When you go to a good restaurant, do you recommend it to others?  Of course you do!  How many customers have you sent to your favorite restaurant?  10, 20, 100, 1000?  How many times has the owner of said restaurant given you remuneration for recommending his business to others?  None!  How would you like him/her to send you a check every time you refer someone and every time that your friend eats there and that your friend's friends eat there?  The same could apply to your favorite grocery store, hairdresser, etc…We are always recommending our favorite shops to our family and friends!  In network marketing you get remunerated for recommending; you get paid for life for recommending the product and the company!  Instead of the advertising companies and marketing companies getting 50% of the earnings of the company, you do!

A wholesome network marketing company will have a breakthrough product in an ascending and demanding market, worth recommending, and a compensation plan that will entitle the “recommenders” or distributors to obtain up to 50% of the company profits for life!  You recommend only once to a certain person and now whenever that person uses the products and recommends the company to other people, you keep on getting residual and passive income!  The more you recommend, the more you earn!  That is the most just, fair and rewarding system in the world! Instead of only a few getting rich, this opens the opportunity of wealth and income to millions of others that were not born rich!  The risk in networking is minimal compared to any other investments and the payoff is great and much faster than on any normal job.  Most people work for 40 years to get some sort of compensation for their old age (for the most part it’s never enough!).  While in a good networking company, in less than 4 years you can have some amazing amounts of passive income coming in!  Instead of 40 years!  4 years!  And even less when you work with gusto!

So where is the fear coming from?  For the most part, from ignorance or from rumors of some companies that went bad!  Even this is amusing to say the least!  Have you seen some regular grocery shops in bankruptcy and closing?  Have you seen some scams?  For example, in some countries there have been construction companies that after taking all the money from the buyers; have simply disappeared!  Many people have been heartbroken and pocket broke because of scams like this! However, is that a reason never to purchase houses or property again?  It would be ridiculous! Of course we will go ahead and purchase properties, but we will learn due diligence and check the company.  We will see who is at the head, what management they have, and what kind of capital is behind it. Ultimately since most of us are not private detectives, we will pray and then take the risk to trust again!

It does not matter how many bad experiences you have had, if you don’t try again and don’t trust again you will be paralyzed by FEAR!  That there have been crooks and pyramid scams does not mean that network marketing is a scam, it only affirms what we already know, that there are crooks in every arena of life and in every profession, including among lawyers and doctors!  That is not a reason to keep clear of any profession, business or network marketing, in fact, we, the covenant people are assigned to be the head in every arena and help change things!

Another paralyzing fear is “what other people say.”  That one is a “biggy” because we tend to be greatly influenced by other people’s opinions, except most of the opinionated people are giving us their opinions based in FEAR; the same fear that has paralyzed them!  If it would have been for the opinions of other “well meaning” people, I would not be in the ministry today (women are not supposed to!), I certainly would not be a Bishop (Jews are not supposed to!) and I would not be married to Rabbi Baruch (divorcees are not supposed to). 
I would be a nice nobody, an old spinster, warming the pews of some church baking their cakes for Sunday or Shabbat services and maybe singing some choruses! 

Because I did not allow neither my own bad experiences, nor the opinionated people to dictate the course of my life, I am, today all the things I am “not supposed” to be!  I am a Jewish Woman Bishop, I am married, have written many books, recorded two CD’s, done many TV programs and have an international ministry with thousands of followers.  My life has impacted entire nations, I have been in the presence of presidents and rulers world-wide, and this is only the beginning!  Now Rabbi and I have become business people, working happily and joyfully in the area of network marketing (which we are not supposed to because we are in the ministry!).

Here is my suggestion, listen only to those people who are more successful than you in any area of life where you are seeking counseling!  When you want to breakthrough in the area of wealth, go and ask the millionaires how they did it!  That’s the reason why my Abba-God, used the book Rich Dad Poor Dad to change my life.  Here is a legal and moral millionaire, Robert Kyosaky, willing to share his secrets with me!  I took his advice too.  It is time to get knowledgeable in the financial arena and to break away from the vicious circle of lack!  It is time to learn how to invest and in what to invest!  It is time to let go of the fears that keep us in a “hot air balloon” and to really FLY into the unknown!  If people reject you for daring and trying, it is their problem not yours!  I love the words of Nehemiah when he was badgered by those “well meaning” Sanbalat, Tobias and Geshem.  He said that he was too busy doing a great work for Yah to “come down” to their level to talk to them! Stop discussing with your enemies; they normally will come “in the name of God” to stop all progress in your life!

When Sanbalat, Tobias, Geshem the Arab, and the rest of our enemies heard that I had rebuilt the wall and that there were no more breaks in it—even though I hadn't yet installed the gates— Sanbalat and Geshem sent this message: "Come and meet with us at Kephirim in the valley of Ono."  2-3  I knew they were scheming to hurt me so I sent messengers back with this: "I'm doing a great work; I can't come down. Why should the work come to a standstill just so I can come down to see you?"  4 Four times they sent this message and four times I gave them my answer. Nehemiah 6:1-4 The Message

Though the enemy might be persistent, may you have the fortitude of Nehemiah to refuse to stop advancing in the covenant of wealth and in every other area of your life and ministry! Manifesting Elohim’s blessings on the earth in the wealth and business arena is one of the most important issues in the 21st century!  Many kingdom projects are waiting for all of us to get wealthy!  Get rid of all your fears and take the risk to change and to become wealthy!
Pray the prayer of Nehemiah 2:20:
"I answered them, The God of heaven will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no portion or right or memorial in Jerusalem."
Shun fear and make Wisdom your counselor!
"I love those who love me; and those who diligently seek me (before dawn) will find me. "Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, even pure gold, and my yield better than choicest silver.  I walk in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of justice, to endow those who love me with wealth, that I may fill their treasuries."  Proverbs 8:17-21

When you sow financially into our lives and ministries you place yourself in a position to receive the Word that we teach and to flow in all the good things that Abba is doing for us!
